Ownership The NTU Journal of Pure Sciences (NTU-JPS) is owned and published by Northern Technical University (NTU), Iraq.

Institutional Support Northern Technical University provides in-kind support to the journal by hosting the physical office space within the university campus and allocating academic staff to serve on the editorial team.

Financial Model The journal operates on a self-sustaining financial model. All operational expenses including office equipment, computing hardware, website maintenance, the submission system, and digital archiving are funded directly by the journal through its own revenue streams (Article Processing Charges).

Editorial Independence Editorial decisions are made solely based on scientific merit and are independent of the journal’s funding or sponsorship. Neither the university administration nor financial factors influence the peer review or acceptance process.
