1. Submission & Fees

  • How much is the publication fee? The publication fee (APC) is 100,000 Iraqi Dinars (IQD). This fee is payable only after your manuscript is accepted. There are no fees for submission.

  • How do I pay the fee? Fees must be paid in cash at the Department of Education Fund (2nd Floor), Presidency Building, Northern Technical University in Mosul. You must email a copy of the receipt to the journal.

  • Do you offer fee waivers? Currently, we do not offer waivers. The fee is used to support the journal's open-access maintenance and archiving costs.

2. Peer Review & Timelines

  • How long does the review process take? We aim for a first decision within 4–6 weeks. However, this depends on reviewer availability. You can track your paper's status in your dashboard.

  • What is your plagiarism policy? We use Turnitin. Papers with a similarity index above 20% (excluding references) are generally returned for revision or rejected.

  • Can I suggest reviewers? Yes, during submission, you may suggest potential reviewers. However, the Editor-in-Chief reserves the right to select independent reviewers to ensure a fair double-blind process.
