Corrections and Retractions Policy

The NTU Journal of Engineering and Technology is committed to maintaining the integrity of the scholarly record and follows the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines in handling corrections, expressions of concern, and retractions.

Corrections are issued when errors are identified that do not affect the overall results or conclusions of the article. A correction notice will be published and linked to the original article.

An Expression of Concern may be issued when there is reason to believe that serious issues exist with a published article, but the available evidence is inconclusive or an investigation is ongoing.

Retractions are issued when there is clear evidence that the findings are unreliable due to major error, research misconduct, plagiarism, or unethical research practices. Retraction notices will be clearly identified, published promptly, and linked to the retracted article. The original article will remain accessible but clearly marked as retracted.

All actions are taken to ensure transparency and to safeguard the integrity of the academic record.
