About the Journal

NTU Journal of Engineering and Technology (NTU-JET) (P-ISSN: 2788-9971 E-ISSN: 2788-998X) is an open-access, peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Northern Technical University, Iraq. All articles are released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY) license, ensuring global accessibility and reuse. To uphold academic integrity, the journal utilizes plagiarism detection tools, such as Turnitin, to verify the originality of submitted manuscripts.

NTU-JET applies a double-blind peer-review system to maintain high scholarly standards and fairness throughout the evaluation process. The journal has been publishing four issues per year since 2021, and it accepts original research articles and review papers in various fields of engineering and technology.

The journal is indexed and abstracted in several international and regional databases, including Crossref, Google Scholar, DOAJ, and the Iraqi Academic Scientific Journals (IASJ), with ongoing efforts to expand its visibility through additional indexing services.

A publication fee is required for accepted manuscripts to cover editorial and production costs (see publication charge policy). The journal operates independently and does not receive financial support from governmental or non-governmental organizations.
