This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. Open-access authors retain the copyrights of their papers, and all open-access articles are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided that the original work is properly cited.

NTU-JET publishes research work covering a wide range of engineering sciences. All papers published in NTU-JET are open access and distributed under the open access license agreement. Under this license, authors retain copyright to their work without restrictions but allow anyone to download, reuse, reprint, modify, distribute, and/or copy the content as long as the original authors and source are properly cited.
