Abstract

Through the preparation of this research attempt, the researcher sought to
highlight the role of the job succession approach and what this approach
can contribute to raising the efficiency of the performance of workers by
highlighting the most important dimensions that can respond to this
approach and that reflects positively on providing workers with experience
and skill that can It qualifies them to advance the organization and direct it
towards the right and pioneering direction compared to other competing
organizations.
Therefore, the researcher decided to choose the University of Mosul as a
field for this research attempt, especially in a number of faculties of this
university, by distributing (85) questionnaires. This research, and the
researcher was able to achieve this by coming up with a number of
conclusions, the most prominent of which was urging workers to carry out
their tasks and duties in a timely manner, according to their experiences and
skills that enable them to upgrade the work to the highest levels of
creativity, which is reflected in their promotion to higher job positions
