Abstract

This study aims to measure and diagnose the level of talent management and to clarify the importance of its dimensions and any of these dimensions have an impact on the educated international organizations , The importance of the study is gained from the importance of the two variables studied (talent management, educated organizations) as these two variables are important in management science and in the field of organizational behavior to meet the challenges facing the contemporary business environment , The intellectual basis of the study was based on an analysis between talent management and educated organizations. The study was tested at the Presidency of the University of Nineveh. The study sample included (40) forms distributed to individuals working in the departments and divisions of the Presidency of the university under study.     The study started from a problem expressed by a number of questions, including the extent to which talent management is adopted at the university under stud . The questionnaire was used  as the main tool for collecting data and information, The study reached the most important results, Talent management has a positive impact on learning organizations, The study presented a set of recommendations that serve the university under study, One of the most prominent of them was the necessity of the university adopting the concept of talent management and promotion in its field of work, and then the possibility of benefiting from it in knowing the reasons for the success of organizations.
