Abstract

Issues related to children's vaccinations are considered important and vital topics in
society, as there is still a large percentage of parents who neglect to give the
appropriate vaccine for the child's age at the specified time exposing their children
to diseases and risks that could have been avoided. Therefore, the aim of the
research is to implement an information system for managing children's
vaccinations, as it works to install all information related to the child and the
vaccines that must be given on the specified dates, store his information and share
his records, as the system works to send alert messages to parents a week before the
appointment, in addition to that the system tracks the quantity Vaccines received at
health centers. The research found results, the most important of which is the ability
to send alert messages to parents a week before the scheduled date for the vaccine,
and the ease of counting the number of children who did not receive the vaccine.
The research suggests adding SMS messages to be sent as a reminder to parents via
their phone number and disseminating this system in all units and health centers by
providing a user interface for managing each of these generalized systems.
