Abstract

The research focuses on diagnosing the reality of organizational envy at the University of Mosul, and the research aims to identify the most important and most consistent and influential dimensions for the administrative leaders at the University of Mosul. The most important of which is do the administrative leaders have a clear concept of organizational envy, and to achieve the goal of the research, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of (300) respondents from the University of Mosul. The research came out with a number of results, the most important of which are: The answers of the respondents showed the existence of two types of organizational envy in the field investigated, and this in fact condemns the work in the social entities in which working individuals of different ages, social types, educational qualifications and performance levels meet.
