Our current research aims to determine the extent of intellectual capital's contribution to achieving the requirements of total environmental quality management in Badoush Cement Factory/Expansion, as this research adopted the dimensions of intellectual capital represented by (human capital, organizational capital, customer capital, relational capital) as an independent variable, in addition to addressing the requirements of total environmental quality management represented by (top management support and commitment, customer focus, continuous improvement, teamwork, environmental awareness) as a dependent variable. Badoush Cement Factory/Expansion was chosen as a study community to apply the practical aspect. The study sample was represented by managers in job positions (Chairman of the Board of Directors and its members, department managers, division and unit managers, their assistants, and those with experience and expertise). The questionnaire was the main tool for collecting data and information, as it was distributed to the research sample represented by managers, with (206) questionnaires, and (6) invalid questionnaires were excluded, in addition to using the Likert scale and the statistical programs SPSS v26 and Amos v23 in analyzing and processing the data
